What You'll Do
Love to serve - our customer service is characterized by a high level of personal contact with customers
Responsible for representing Payfluence in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service via telephone or email
Positively grow client relationships, being a valued consultative partner
Advise clients on how to fully utilize the Human Capital Management platform
Be a great teammate, always willing to help others and perform other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
Associates Degree or equivalent business experience
2+ years software implementation experience, preferably in an HCM environment
Experience in the HCM industry/PEO industry is a plus
Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
