We provide legal advice, counsel, education, and courtroom representation on matters relating to the residential dispossessory process.
*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to the Client Services Manager to join our team.
As the *Client Services Coordinator* for our firm, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
*Responsibilities:* * Assist the Client Services Manager in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Maintain and update client records and profiles in our CRM system, including proficiency in Google for Business tools.
* Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments, utilizing Google Calendar.
* Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, using Gmail for communication.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns, using Google Workspace for collaboration.
* Monitor client accounts and assist in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Assist in the development and execution of client retention strategies.
* Assist with data entry and record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
* Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and information.
* Support research efforts, including market research and competitor analysis, to inform client strategies.
*Qualifications:* * High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Google for Business tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
* Ideally, we are looking for someone who lives in the Greenville, SC or Atlanta, GA area.
* Candidate would be expected to work in the office a minimum of 4 days a week.
The other day would be work from home or traveling for firm business.
