(1) Scan and import all required paperwork into the SCDMH Electronic Medical Record.
(2) Close client cases in the SCDMH computer system; enter required information into the SCDMH/GGMHC computer system to complete the opening of new client cases.
(3) Supervises clerical and intake staff of the Greer Clinic (reception, scheduling, front office operations).
Completes EPMS of supervisees in timely manner and in accordance with SCDMH EPMS policies.
(4) Copies and sends client medical records when requested by other agencies, attorneys, physicians, clients, courts, etc; to include sending/distributing fax transmittals for clinical and medical staff.
(5) Serves as coordinator of maintenance/physical plant issues for the Greer Clinic.
Responsible for office and vehicle inspections.
Serves as Health and Safety Committee lead for Greer Clinic.

State T&E: A high school diploma.
Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.

Internal T&E: A high school diploma and one year of clerical experience, or an associate degree in secretarial science or a related field; or 2 years of clerical experience.
