Responsibilities: Prospecting: Be able to identify potential customers who may be interested in your company's products or services.
This involves researching the market, identifying key decision-makers, and reaching out to them to gauge their interest.
Building relationships: As a B2B sales rep, you need to build strong relationships with your clients.
This involves understanding their needs, building trust, and providing them with excellent customer service.
Handling objections: You should be prepared to handle objections from prospects, addressing their concerns and providing them with information that can help them make an informed decision.
Closing deals: Your ultimate goal is to close deals with prospects and turn them into loyal customers.
This means negotiating terms and conditions, finalizing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing after-sales support: Once a deal is closed, you should follow up with your customers regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with your company's products or services.
