- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

- Proven experience in business development and leadership roles
- Strong technical sales skills with a solid understanding of the market and technology solutions
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
