Greenville Drive Organization Overview:
For over 18 years, the Greenville Drive has created a highly visible and widely embraced community engagement platform at Fluor Field, reaching over 1 million ballpark guests and digital followers across the Upstate of South Carolina each year.
This broad-reaching platform provides the Drive the opportunity to position itself as a community entity that businesses and community organizations alike can utilize to achieve critical tangible & intangible objectives.
The Drive has creatively and continuously leveraged the community engagement platform that is Fluor Field to positively impact these and other key quality of life drivers.
The merchandise department is a vital aspect of the Drive's business and is critical to our desire to deliver top-class customer service.
Prior to the 2017 season, the Drive completed over $15 million in ballpark renovations, including the expansion of the in-stadium team store, upfits to the year-round Main St.
Team Store, and an in-stadium mobile kiosk setup.
Fluor Field has positioned itself as one of the most unique and fan-friendly ballparks in all of Minor League Baseball, as evidenced by being awarded the 2017 Best Ballpark Renovation award by Ballpark Digest, and the John H.
Johnson award for the most outstanding franchise in Minor League Baseball.
Sales Associates Needed:
The Drive is looking to hire quality sales associates to assist with our merchandise operation during gamedays as well as in a year-round capacity.
The 2024 season is underway, so we are looking for assistance as soon as people are available.
The Drive offers competitive pay and ample opportunity to gain hours on evenings, weekends, during summer months, and during holidays.
Below are more specific job assignments for our sales associates.
Operate point-of-sale registers to check customers out
Assist with restocking various locations around the stadium
Assist with receiving inventory from vendors
Assist with periodic inventory counts
Provide a first-class customer experience
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be a quick learner and have a positive attitude
