Compensation:
$65,000+
Responsibilities:
Help prepare budgets
Manage all competitor, customer and market research
Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies
Regularly review and adjust scripts for applicable market changes and continually update and coach agents
Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor
Proven organizational and planning ability
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Experience with relevant software applications
Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
