Enjoy the turkeys, Deer, Birds, and other wildlife from your end of the road private acre lot.
All lots have great views.
Lot 5 has Southeast exposure, Paved Roads, Septic Permit (Septic Permit has expired but you should be able to get a new one, based on the old ones data), great views, power available to the lot, and community water already run to the lot.
When shopping around, please keep the following in mind:
1.
My lot has a road to it, which is paved in the subdivision.
If you have to make a road to a lot, it will cost you a lot, as much as $10k-$20k
2.
My lot has a great view.
Lots with nice southern exposure views like mine cost a lot more
3.
My lot has community water running to it.
If you have to drill a well, add $20k-$25k to the cost of the lot, and you may not even be able to find water when you drill for it.
Remaining Lots is as follows:
Lot 5: $25k, 1 acre + adjoining .

22 acres total)
